Department of Social Services Enterprise Agreement 2024 to 2027

The Department of Social Services Enterprise Agreement 2024-2027 (Agreement) was approved by the Fair Work Commission on 12 March 2024 and came into effect on 19 March 2024.

The Agreement sets out our terms and conditions of employment for non-SES employees. A copy of the approved Agreement is available on the Fair Work Commission website.
